Module 1
Trust the Process
Weeks 1-4
The foundation. An assessment, a plan, and the habits that make everything else possible: showing up, discipline, coachability, and the athletic fundamentals. It ends with a win he can see and measure.
Young Men's Development, Sacramento
The Grind Agreement is Coach Terio's 12-week development program for young men: field and weight training, life skills, communication, character, and accountability, built into one experience.
It is not just athletic training. Every week trains the body and builds the man: respect, discipline, emotional control, faith, leadership, and the ability to carry yourself well. The workout is the delivery mechanism. The transformation is the point.
Twelve weeks is a long road for a teenager, so the journey is built as three four-week modules. Each one ends with a real, visible win. A young man who misses a module can rejoin at the next one instead of falling out.
Module 1
Weeks 1-4
The foundation. An assessment, a plan, and the habits that make everything else possible: showing up, discipline, coachability, and the athletic fundamentals. It ends with a win he can see and measure.
Module 2
Weeks 5-8
The build. Strength and skill progress, communication, personal responsibility, and learning how small decisions compound. He sets a target in front of the group, and works to hit it.
Module 3
Weeks 9-12
The finish. Perseverance, leadership, and applying everything he has learned. It ends at Capstone Night, where the young men present themselves to their families and sponsors.
The program ends on a stage, not a scale.
At week 12, the young men present themselves to parents, family, and sponsors: what they trained, what they learned, and who they are becoming. Speaking and presentation are trained inside the program, and Capstone Night is where it shows.
Sponges, not rocks.
The Grind Agreement is for a young man who is willing to be coached. He does not need to have anything figured out. He can be struggling in school, in sports, or in life and still belong here. What matters is that he can receive coaching, try unfamiliar things, and keep showing up. Coach Terio pushes young men forward. He cannot drag anyone forward, and he will not pretend otherwise.
Parents and guardians enroll one module at a time, with a better rate for committing to the full twelve weeks. It starts with a free assessment with Coach Terio. Program details and pricing are walked through there.
Local businesses, church members, and community partners can sponsor a young man through the program. If you want to invest in a young man's development, reach out and Coach Terio will show you how it works.
Schools, churches, teams, and youth organizations can bring Coach Terio's development programs and workshops to their young people. Contact for details.
Coach Terio meets the young man, watches how he moves, listens to what he is chasing, and tells you honestly whether this program is the right fit.
